Brent Street’s vision to life - America’s Got Talent!
The team at Dizzielizness was called in at the final hour to assist with a high-stakes project for Brent Street Performing Arts Training Centre, whose students were being showcased on America's Got Talent. The timeline was tight due to delays in approvals, and the original concept shifted before we could begin.
Our task involved embellishing the corsets provided by Brent Street, altering skirts, and custom-making and embellishing jackets to fit the performance vision. Additionally, we took on the responsibility of sourcing accessories and fabrics, and acted as the key liaison between Brent Street and the America's Got Talent team. Coordinating a skilled team, we worked under intense pressure as approvals kept changing, often complicated by time zone differences.
Due to the frequent changes from America's Got Talent, it became increasingly challenging to stay on track, but we remained flexible and adaptive. As the deadline approached, Brent Street had to make the final call on the designs, informing AGT that further delays were no longer an option.
Throughout the process, we kept the team updated with progress photos, ensuring they were involved in decision-making and could suggest adjustments as needed.
Ultimately, the final looks were completed on time, and we were proud to be part of the process in bringing Brent Street's vision to life for America's Got Talent.
